The art of bringing
fruity moments to life

The science of
sweet indulgence

Cavendish & Harvey was founded in 1977 in the heart of London. We re-located to Kaltenkirchen in North Germany and today, as a family-owned company, we create confectionery for over 100 countries across the globe. In the course of this growth, the world has become effectively unrecognizable from what it once was.

Cavendish & Harvey has been there every step of the way, shepherding one of the world’s most successful German confectionery brands through the uncertainty and helping it adapt and stay relevant for the long-term. We have never lost sight of our purpose: The selection of the best ingredients, the creation of exquisite recipes or our strict quality standards – to create exquisite confectionery that is difficult to resist.

We have succeeded because, despite the massive shifts that have occurred over the years, we have always operated with a commitment towards our customers. That is why everything revolves around the art of creating moments of pleasure. With love and dedication, we transform the essence of fruit into special delicacies that enhance life.

Our Values

A family business with tradition and foresight

Our strong values form the guiding framework for our thoughts and actions.  They help us to fulfil our responsibility towards our employees, our customers and our business partners.

We encourage integrity, accountability and commitment

Success on any major scale requires you to accept responsibility. In the final analysis, the one quality that all successful people have is the ability to take on responsibility.

We believe in technology, transparency and trust

For us, this means reliability, honesty and openness in our dealings with one another. We also practise this transparency in our internal and external relationships: It enables us to present processes and interrelationships clearly, understand them better and manage them effectively.

We stand for respect, service and appreciation

We create trust through attentiveness, respect and interest in our dealings with each other and with third parties - with our employees, our customers and our business partners. For us, tolerance and acceptance of everyone are an elementary component of appreciation, both inside and outside our company.
