Granita Water Ice

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 500ml water
  • 120g crushed Cavendish & Harvey Sour Lemon Drops
  • 3 lemons

 

Preparation

  • Bring the water to a boil and dissolve the crushed drops in it. Then let the sugar water cool to room temperature.
  • Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the sugar water. Pour the mixture into a sealed container and place it in the freezer.
  • Stir the mixture with a fork every 45 minutes to prevent it from freezing completely.
    After 3-4 hours, the granita is ready to serve.
