As a family-run business with our headquarters in Kaltenkirchen, Germany, we provide customers in over 80 countries around the world with an unrivalled confectionery experience. We produce over 2.2 billion pieces of confectionery, in more than 25 million tins, every year. Eighty per cent of our products are exported, making us a truly global brand.

1977 | Tin packaging is introduced. Tins are convenient and offer protective storage. Tins preserve their contents naturally, without preservatives, and are 100% recyclable. |
1977 | Cavendish & Harvey Ltd, London, is founded – our brand name is born |

1984 | Our new factory in Kaltenkirchen opens for packing operations |

Using only natural flavours and colours, our confectioners carefully transform selected ingredients into mouth-watering confectionery creations. Our exquisite recipes come alive at our Competence Centre in Schleswig-Holstein, northern Germany.
Quality assurance is firmly embodied in our organisation and lies at the heart of our daily work. We are committed to avoiding the use of genetically modified organisms or raw materials.
It is this blend of experience and passion that defines our quality standards. For us, it is only appropriate that our confectionery products carry the label “Made in Germany”.

Cavendish & Harvey is a proud member of the family-owned Boettger Gruppe, a medium-sized group of companies in Germany with a diversified business portfolio embracing the sugar industry, confectionery, logistics and real estate. Part of this diversification strategy was the acquisition of Cavendish & Harvey in 2003.
