Hot buttered rum
Ingredients for 1 glass
- 12cl apple juice
- 5cl (non-alcoholic) rum
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Creamy Butterscotch Mix
Creamy Butterscotch Mix
- 175g Cavendish & Harvey Creamy Butterscotch Drops
- 200ml milk
- 500g vanilla ice crea
Preparation
- For the Creamy Butterscotch Mix, slowly dissolve a tin of Cavendish & Harvey Creamy Butterscotch Drops with 200ml milk in a pot over medium heat, then deglaze with vanilla ice cream.
- Mix the hot apple juice with rum and powdered sugar in a glass, then add the Creamy Butterscotch Mix and stir with a cinnamon stick.
