Halloween Mocktail

Ingredients

For approx. 100ml Liquorice Syrup:

• 1 tin of ‚Cavendish and Harvey Liquorice Drops‘
• 75 ml water

For one glass (200ml):

• 5 blackberries
• 2-3 sage leaves
• 1 cl agave syrup
• 1 cl lime juice
• 5 cl rhubarb juice
• 5 cl raspberry juice
• 1 cl liquorice syrup
• ice cubes
• Blackberries and sage leaves to garnish

Also:

• a shaker

Preparation

• for the liquorice syrup, melt the Cavendish and Harvey Liquorice Drops in a saucepan, but do not allow them to start to caramelise. Then mix with 75 ml water to make a syrup.
• fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all the ingredients. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with berries and sage as desired.
