Hot buttered rum

Ingredients for 1 glass

  • 12cl apple juice
  • 5cl (non-alcoholic) rum
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Creamy Butterscotch Mix

Creamy Butterscotch Mix

  • 175g Cavendish & Harvey Creamy Butterscotch Drops
  • 200ml milk
  • 500g vanilla ice crea

Preparation

  • For the Creamy Butterscotch Mix, slowly dissolve a tin of Cavendish & Harvey Creamy Butterscotch Drops with 200ml milk in a pot over medium heat, then deglaze with vanilla ice cream.
  • Mix the hot apple juice with rum and powdered sugar in a glass, then add the Creamy Butterscotch Mix and stir with a cinnamon stick.
